• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Registering multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any registered details change. cg999 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

cg999 will never contact you by SMS, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from cg999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify cg999 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. cg999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account that occurs prior to your notification to us, unless such unauthorised access was directly caused by our own negligence.

cg999 recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. In the event of a security breach, cg999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to an Account while an investigation is conducted, without prior notice to the Account holder.

All Account balances on cg999 are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed in the Account cashier at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction. cg999 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment source must be registered in the same name as the cg999 Account holder.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable identity verification checks prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• The withdrawal method must correspond to the primary deposit method used to fund the Account. Withdrawal to a different payment channel requires prior written approval from cg999's compliance team.
• Any active Bonus Funds or associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled before real-money balances derived from bonus play are eligible for withdrawal.
• Standard BDT withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Processing times may extend up to 24 hours during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the cg999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform function. Identified errors must be reported to cg999 support immediately; winnings derived from known errors are not payable.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose. cg999 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Registering or attempting to use the Platform while located in a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting on sports markets.

cg999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

cg999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cg999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

cg999 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or with Game Providers strictly for the purpose of delivering game services to the Player.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account action, please submit a formal complaint in writing to the above email address, including your Account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a description of the issue. cg999's dispute resolution team will investigate and provide a written response within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to an independent third-party dispute resolution body as communicated by cg999 at the relevant time.
